Craft with Purpose
Hi there, I'm Scott, the founder, and craftsman of Dust & Spark.
Growing up, I was exposed to art and craftsmanship from an early age. My grandmother was a professional potter and my father remodeled homes. From sculpting clay to developing carpentry skills, I honed a passion for hands-on creativity that eventually sparked my fine woodworking and metalworking journey. After college, I married my beautiful wife, Megan, and we settled down close to family near Boulder, Colorado. We later welcomed our fun-loving dog, Endo, and two beautiful daughters, Kinley and Harper, to the family.
Dust & Spark is the confluence of fine woodworking and metal fabrication to artfully create custom furniture, architectural metalwork, and decor items that inspire for generations to come.
Sustainably made
We do our part to be kind to our planet in everything we make. We source our wood from salvaged urban trees and sustainably managed forests and our US-made steel is infinitely recyclable. We also use zero or low-VOC finishes to protect our furniture and the people that surround it.
